What this site is
This site describes coaching services and allows you to book a call. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and booking a call does not create a coaching relationship. Coaching engagements begin only when a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.
The nature of coaching
Coaching is a forward-looking professional partnership. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you need those services, please consult a qualified professional.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for the results that follow from them.
No guarantee of outcome
Any examples, testimonials or descriptions of past client experience on this site are individual accounts. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same result. Outcomes depend on factors specific to you, including the work you put in and circumstances outside anyone’s control.
Booking and cancellation
Calls booked through this site can be rescheduled or cancelled using the link in your confirmation email. We ask for reasonable notice. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for paid engagements are set out in the coaching agreement, not here.
Content and intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, video, images, frameworks and program descriptions, belongs to Brand Brilliance LLC or is used with permission. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without written permission.
Client names and quotations appear with permission and remain the property of the individuals concerned.
Your use of the site
You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain access to any part of it you are not authorised to reach.
Third party links
This site may link to services we do not control, such as scheduling or video conferencing providers. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand Brilliance LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located there.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here.
